The Grinter Lab
MP2: The Molecular Physiology of Microbial Pathogens
Our Research
The Grinter lab utilises a multidisciplinary combination of structural biology, molecular cell biology, chemical biology, and multi-omics to understand the physiology of microbes on a molecular level. We apply this understanding to develop strategies to understand and combat bacterial disease, and to develop new tools for industrial biotechnology.
The Team
We consist of a diverse and growing team of Australian and international scientists with experience in diverse aspects of biomolecular sciences. As a young team we are quick to embrace new technology and methodology and value a inclusive and progressive lab atmosphere.
